2. How are toll rates calculated in India?
Toll = Base Rate × Distance × Vehicle Multiplier. NHAI charges per km based on highway type. Cars pay ₹0.85-1.65/km, trucks pay ₹2.75-8.05/km. Expressways cost more than regular highways. Two wheelers are toll-free on most national highways.
3. Can I get a monthly toll pass?
